Mary Groff-Sanders

Mary is a professional musician and educator who received her Masters in Music Education at Central Washington University. She has been a rehearsal pianist and performer in Las Vegas, Reno, Wenatchee, Quincy, Moses Lake, Ephrata, Tacoma, Bellevue, Everett and greater Seattle. Some of the shows she's been involved with are Oklahoma, Fiddller on the Roof, The Sound of Music, Hello Dolly, The Wiz, Annie, South Pacific, My Fair Lady, Oliver, The Music Man, Evening of Ellington, Evening of Cole Porter, Evening of Gershwin and Evening of Billy Holiday to name a few.

Mary has been a vocal/instrumental composer and arranger since 1973. She was Interim Director of Music for Wenatchee Valley College from 2003-04. She currently is a substitute music teacher and jazz specialist for Bellevue Public Schools. She regularly coaches students to prepare them for jazz competitions in the Pacific Northwest and within four years produced six First place Vocalists/Group Winners at the Lionel Hampton Jazz Festival in Idaho. Mary also sings and plays piano with the Mach One Jazz Orchestra.
